It can be completed full time or part-time. A 220 hour structured work placement (volunteer) in a financial counselling agency is a part of the course.
About Workplacements:
Workplacements may be difficult to find depending on your location, each agency’s capacity or policy on work placements or the number of students in your area seeking workplacements. You can find the names and locations of Financial Counselling agencies by using the Find a Financial Counsellor Directory on our homepage.
Because there can be limited workplacements opportunities, workplacements are offered by Financial Counselling STEPs Simulated Workplace (stepsagency.org.au)
